Before you install StockClearance.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Free includes scans of up to 25 products and basic reporting. Standard and Pro have a 14-day free trial, with monthly or annual billing. Shopify displays the terms before you approve a subscription.
What happens if order access is unavailable?
StockClearance uses available inventory age and stock-level signals. Sales velocity and sales-based results depend on the order history Shopify makes available to the app.
Will the app change my prices?
Clearance actions can change prices or create discounts and collections. Review the proposed action and your settings; Pro rules can automate the clearance decisions you configure.
What data does StockClearance use?
Product and inventory records, prices, available unit costs, discount and action records, and order-line signals support the inventory workflow. See the StockClearance section of our privacy policy for collection, measurement, and deletion details.
How do I cancel?
Manage the subscription through Shopify. Uninstalling the app triggers account-data cleanup. Charges already incurred and any refunds are governed by the subscription terms shown by Shopify.
