Attahir Labs provides a suite of software applications designed to enhance the functionality of Shopify stores. By installing any Attahir Labs application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to compliance tools, inventory management, and marketing automation.
As a user of our services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your store account. You agree not to use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the accuracy of the data provided to our applications.
Our applications offer various pricing tiers, including free plans and paid subscriptions (monthly or annual). All payments are processed through Shopify Billing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Shopify's own policies or applicable law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attahir Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
